The Talent Development Partner works cross-functionally to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training and development resources that help employees do their best work. The successful candidate must be innovative and passionate about developing people with a clear understanding of organizational development and adult learning. This includes a level of expertise on the current tools and trends in talent, learning, and performance management. You will have a direct impact on employee experience from an employee’s first day through their career development journey at PowerSchool.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $78,000 – $85,000. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
